Quick, overly filter-happy manipulation of Delirium. I totally forgot my mum's copy of photoshop has a problem displaying colours and thus saved images turn out much more red/blue than they look when I'm working on them. Suck it.

If you're referring to the Neil Gaiman comic book, I'm familiar to the point that I know it exists. I've never looked further into it though.
